Ingredients

• (4 pack of Bradley Beef Fresh Onion & Garlic Sausage)

• 1 cup of grilled onions

• 1 cup grilled bell peppers

• 1 jalapeno 

• ¼ cup thousand island 

• 4 Sausage buns

Directions

1. Cut the onions and peppers to desired size. Cut the jalapeño pepper into discs.

2. Pre-heat oven to 400°F. Heat skillet over medium high heat. Then, once pan is hot add in the peppers and onions. Cook until browned.

3. Place sausages on cooking sheet and cook in oven for 4 - 10 minutes or until center temperature reaches 140°F.

4. Once everything is cooked then assemble. Bun, sausage, peppers and onions and finally thousand island.
