Grilled 4B New York Steak

Ingredients

  • 2 New York Steaks (~1.6Lbs)

  • 3tbsp 4B Blend Seasoning

  • Propane Grill

Prep Instructions

  • Take steaks out of fridge, allow them to rest at room temperature for ~30 minutes

  • Cover all sides of steaks with 4B Blend

  • Preheat grill to ~400F

Cooking Instructions

  • Place steaks fat cap down onto the grill for ~2 minutes, then lay on one side and leave to cook with grill lid down for ~5 minutes

  • After cooking one side, decrease the temperature to 350F and flip steak to cook for another ~5 minutes.

    • Internal temp of 125F for a medium rare

  • Allow steaks to rest ~10 minutes before cutting against the grain and serve with your favorite sides.

    • In Picture- Served with four cheese rice and 4B blend seasoned asparagus
