Denver Steaks are cut from the center of the underblade of the Chuck primal. With a good amount of marbling and beef flavor, it is a great steak to try when venturing outside of conventional cuts. This steak can be hard to come by, but you can find it here at Bradley and Sons!

Grass Fed & Finished Premium beef. All our steaks, roast and ribs come frozen in vacuum packages. This will keep the beef fresh tasting for months. Premium steaks cut 1 1/3 '' thick.
