Listed above are approximates. Cuts are rarely the same weight per animal. Therefore what is received may vary. ​

*Examples: You may receive extra New York steaks but less of Top Sirloin steaks. Or instead of getting 7 New York's in your 1/4 only 6 because each steak was heavier. Also, some butcher have different names for the same cut of meat, keep that in mind.
